We are a fee for service practice and we ask for full payment at the time  services are rendered.   Fees for your endodontic care are based on the complexity of treatment.   We accept  Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, cash and personal checks.   As a courtesy, we will file any insurance claims electronoically (when applicable) and your dental benefits will be directly reimbursed to you. Electronic filing usually expedites payment (usually two to three weeks).  If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card to your first appointment.

Third party financing is available through Care Credit.  Qualified individuals may receive interest free financing for up to six months. If you are interested in interest free credit, please discuss your desire at the time your appointment is arranged.
